Beyond Horizons Sailing Charters

Beyond Horizons offers small-group educational sailing charters led personally by Corah Walker and Jon Neely. These experiences are intentionally limited in size and offered by inquiry so we can ensure the right fit for every guest and operate responsibly.

This page outlines pricing, reservation policies, and the booking process.

Beyond Horizons is currently accepting charter reservations for the 2026–2027 sailing season. These reservations allow guests to secure space in the season while vessel acquisition and refit are finalized.

We believe transparency builds trust. Please read the following terms carefully.

Charter Pricing

All prices are per person

Maximum of 4 guests per charter

Every guest has a private berth

Travel to/from La Paz, Mexico not included

Our pricing reflects the extremely small group size, direct instruction from the founders, private berths for all guests, and the real costs of operating and maintaining an offshore sailing vessel. A portion of each charter also supports Voyage of the Interlude, a children’s educational documentary series and curriculum focused on ocean literacy and real-world learning at sea.

Retreat Philosophy

This retreat is not about performance or perfection.

It is about building trust with the boat, the sea, and yourself.

The environment is collaborative, calm, and intentionally small. Instruction is adapted to the group’s experience and goals, creating space for learning without comparison or pressure.

What We Focus On

  • Practical seamanship & sail handling

  • Docking, anchoring & navigation fundamentals

  • Decision-making and situational awareness

  • Confidence moving on deck and at the helm

  • Shared experience, reflection, and integration

Many women arrive at this retreat at a personal threshold, considering cruising, returning to sailing, or reclaiming space in a male-dominated environment. These weeks are designed to meet that moment.

Why This Structure Exists

Operating a program like Beyond Horizons requires deliberate planning and responsible sequencing. Our reservation structure allows us to:

  • Plan the season safely and sustainably

  • Confirm serious interest before final scheduling

  • Protect guests with clear refund terms

  • Build a long-term educational platform rather than a one-off charter operation

This approach is standard in expedition sailing, offshore training, and founder-led programs.

If this is something you'd like to be part of, we’d love to talk.
